Required work experience:

From 3-6 years (including on the basis of combination) in the field of microfinance, accounting, auditing, finance or tax control.

Responsibilities:

• Checking the company’s financial and management reporting, conducting an audit of tax reporting, analyzing its reliability, assessing the timeliness of its preparation and submission;
• Carrying out unification and standardization of accounting processes;
• Preparation and submission of audit plans and audit budgets for approval by the company management;
• Carrying out expert assessment of draft contracts, monitoring the timeliness and completeness of reflection in accounting documents of completed transactions (concluded agreements) and their results;
• Identifying the company’s internal reserves and determining how to use them effectively;
• Monitoring the expenditure of funds on various projects or programs, analyzing the income and expenses of the enterprise, optimizing and planning taxes;
• Conducting selective audits in order to identify and liquidate debts and shortages, monitoring the fulfillment of the company’s and its counterparties’ obligations, analyzing receivables and payables;
• Development of recommendations to reduce the risk level of individual operations or minimize possible losses;
• Identification and analysis of possible external and internal risks when developing and implementing new projects in the company;
• Preparation of the company for external audit;
• Consulting company management on audit issues.

Requirements:

• Higher economic education;
• Availability of an internal auditor certificate (desirable);
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in the field of auditing;
• Knowledge of legislation related to the company’s activities (logistics sector), including regulations;
• Knowledge and skills in applying in practice legislation related to accounting and reporting, as well as international standards and international auditing standards.
• Knowledge of Russian and Uzbek languages. Knowledge of English is required

Conditions:

• Working hours: from 9.00 a.m. until 18.00 (lunch from 13.00 to 14.00), five days, weekends - Saturday and Sunday;
